Air fast Instant Adhesive is the best way for wood to wood pasting. Our Instant adhesive is the fastest & ideal wood glue for raw wood-to-wood joints.

The high viscosity Air fast Instant Adhesive does not get absorbed by porous wood and also helps in filling minor small gaps present in the surface. The Adhesive joints are stronger than the wood itself and have a very high bond strength. Joint is moisture/ water resistant. It may also bond other substrates like marble, stone, MDF, WPC, HDHMR, HPL, Metals and certain plastics.

Properties

• Air fast Instant Adhesive is a High Viscosity item, having a consistency like that of honey.
• Due to the thickness, the adhesive is not runny & there is no dripping. This helps in controlling wastage of any sort
• Desired results can be received, even with applying a thin layer of the Air fast Instant Adhesive
• With good contact pressure on the two surfaces, the bonding takes only a couple of minutes

Safety Measures

• Read the instructions before use.
• Always wear gloves for protection.
• Keep away from eyes & out of children’s reach.
• Always close the lid firmly after use, otherwise the quality may get compromised due to moisture in the air.
• If the glue sticks to your hands, remove it with the help of acetone/ warm water.
• Do not panic in case of an accident, rush to a doctor.

How to use

• Pasting wood to wood is tricky because of its heavily porous surface.
• Our thick wood glue, chokes the gaps & holes on the surface & makes the pasting easy.
• To join two wooden pieces, clean the area.
• Apply Air Fast wood glue on both the surfaces.
• Apply little pressure, a reasonable bond will be formed within 8-10 minutes & full strength can be attained within 24 hours
• No nailing or clamping is required at any stage
