Air fast Instant Adhesive, when used with Air Fast Spray Activator, gives the LED strip a firm & strong grip on the base. The attained strength is such that long duration & even the heat produced,cannot budge the LED light strip.

Properties

• Air Fast Spray activator is hand spray activator, which when used with CA glue, provides instant bonding
• The solvent-based accelerator dries immediately
• Air fast spray activator also possesses non blooming qualities which helps in minimising the white marks on the surface.
• Air fast Instant Adhesive is a High Viscosity item, having a consistency like that of honey.
• Due to the thickness, the adhesive is not runny & there is no dripping. This helps in controlling wastage of any sort
• Desired results can be received, even with applying a thin layer of the Air fast Instant AdhesiveWith good contact pressure on the two surfaces, the bonding takes only a couple of minutes

Area should be clean of any rust or dirt

Cure time

3-5 minutes (along with the use of spray)

Safety Measures

• Read the instructions before use
• Always wear gloves for protection
• Keep away from eyes & out of children’s reach
• Always close the lid firmly after use, otherwise the quality may get compromised due to moisture in the air.
• If the glue sticks to your hands, remove it with the help of acetone/ warm water.
• Do not panic in case of an accident, rush to a doctor

How to use

• To paste the LED light strip to the signboard, Air fast Instant Adhesiveis applied on the surface & the strip in sticked on it.
• Once it gets dried up, we put another layer of the gel glue on both sides of the strip
• After a few moments, Air fast spray activator is sprayed to decrease the curing time & strengthened bonding.
• Our products help in making the task very easy & it can be accomplished within a very short span of time. Thus, the production gets increased with much less time & labour
