Adhesives are widely used in manufacturing car/ motorcycle in automobile industry. Survey estimates that approximately, 50 kgs of adhesive is consumed in manufacturing each car. Different adhesives with various properties are used to bond different components used in car manufacturing. Air fast Instant Adhesive gives instant cure and can bond almost everything leaving some exceptions like PP, HDPE, HDPE etc.
It is widely used in manufacturing different parts & components in car manufacturing. The advantage of using Air fast Instant Adhesive is that it is single component and doesn’t need any mixing or heating. Customized grades may be developed relating to changes in viscosity, curing speed (slow or fast cure), flexibility, blooming, non-blooming, low odour/ no odour.

Safety Measures

• Read the instructions before use.
• Always wear gloves for protection.
• Keep away from eyes & out of children’s reach.
• Always close the lid firmly after use, otherwise the quality may get compromised due to moisture in the air.
• If the glue sticks to your hands, remove it with the help of acetone/ warm water.
• Do not panic in case of an accident, rush to a doctor.
